Password Reset for App Users

It is common for users to forget the password they have used to create an account on your app, therefore, an easy solution for this problem would be to simply reset the password. As an app owner, you can change the password of each account from your app, however, you can also inform your users that they can reset the password by themselves through the login page.

Here is how they can do it:

1. Go to Log in screen

2. Click Forgot Password? button above Password field

3. Enter the email address associated with your account on the app

4. Click Send Email

5. Go to your inbox and copy the verification code you have received

6. Go back to the app and insert the verification code, along with a new password (password needs to consist of at least 6 characters)

7. Click Confirm

Congratulations! You have successfully changed your password.
