App Statistics

In the App Statistics tab, you can see various statistical information for your app. You can monitor different app usage metrics such as the number of downloads, sessions, active users and app’s most visited pages. 

Also, you can see figures and graphs about the engagement of your app users such as loyalty and places module usage, as well as general user statistics. Each statistic you can filter for a certain period of time.

In order to access your app statistics, please click the graph icon on the left menu.

If your app still hasn’t been released to App Store or Google Play, you will see the following screen. Please do wait for your app to get released before accessing analytics. 

App Statistics

Under the App tab, inside the Statistics section, you will see the following statistics in the selected time period: number of downloads, sessions, active users and page views.

"Downloads" section shows how much your app is downloaded in the selected period of time. On the pie chart to the right, you can see percentages of downloads on the Android and iOS platform separately. 

A "Session" is a group of interactions that take place in your app within a given time frame. For example, a single session can contain multiple screen views, social interactions, etc. By default, a session lasts until there is 30 minutes of inactivity.

Active users shows unique users who initiated sessions on your app in a given time frame.

Page views shows the total number of pages viewed in the selected period. You can also see the top 10 pages of your app.


In this tab, you can see statistics for the number of visits, members engaged, purchases, visit shares and redemptions. From the drop-down menu All places, you can choose to see statistics for just one place.

Under each graph, you’ll find a detailed report on the criteria selected.


User activity tab shows posts, visits, and shares.



This tab shows statistics on check-ins and shares.
